Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a female student or alumna of Babson College.

• The Trailblazer Award: Open to current Babson graduate students.

• The Legacy Award: Open to Babson alumnae from any graduating year.

• Must demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset, leadership, and impact in their field or community.

• Nominees must submit a completed application package before the deadline.

• Attendance at the Babson Women Connect Awards event is required (nominees must purchase a ticket).

• Individuals may nominate themselves or someone else for the award.

• If nominating someone else, the nominee must be informed and complete the application package.

• All nominations must be submitted before the deadline.

1. Who can be nominated?
The awards recognize outstanding women from diverse sectors and backgrounds. Anyone may nominate a woman for the award, or she may self-nominate.

2. Who is responsible for submitting the nomination package?
If someone is nominated by another person, the nominee must complete and submit their Nomination Package online to be eligible.

3. Do nominees need to purchase a ticket for the event?
Yes, nominees must purchase a ticket and attend the Awards event to be eligible.

4. How are winners selected?
A Selection Committee reviews all completed nomination packages and evaluates them based on leadership, impact, and alignment with Babson’s entrepreneurial values. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

5. When will the winners be announced?
Winners will be announced at the Babson Women Connect Awards event.
